1. Kutia — A Symbol of Prosperity and Well-being

Ingredients:

Wheat (or rice) — 1 cup

Poppy seeds — 100 g

Walnuts — 100 g

Honey — 2-3 tbsp

Raisins — 50 g

Uzvar or warm water for mixing

Instructions:

Rinse the wheat and cook it until soft.

Soak poppy seeds in boiling water for 30 minutes, then grind them to release milk.

Chop the walnuts, soak the raisins.

Ingredients:

Flour — 3 cups

Grate the vegetables.

Ingredients:

Dried apples — 100 g

Dried pears — 100 g

Dried plums — 50 g

Water — 2 liters

6. Holubtsi (Cabbage Rolls)

Carrot — 1 piece

Onion — 1 piece

Tomato sauce — 300 ml
